Live: The Lake Poets perform at Summer Streets 2024
In a rare 'full-band' performance, The Lake Poets (AKA Marty Longstaff) rounded off the second stage at tenth annual Summer Streets festival in his home city of Sunderland.
Whilst he may have made his name internationally with Shipyards (used by Netflix as the theme music to the breakout hit Sunderland 'Til I Die) there's much more to Longstaff than just this one particular love letter to the city he grew up in. The hour long set featured most of his debut album, plus a couple of surprise covers.
