Surrounded by his Family and longtime Friends, the legendary George Clinton, the Godfather of Funk and Seminal mastermind behind bands Parliament and Funkadelic, celebrated his 80th birthday party in Los Angeles with an intimate gathering on Thursday night, July 22nd, 2021.

Celebrants enjoyed the outdoor garden party under the beautifully lit LA sky while DJ Battlecat kept the dancefloor covered.

Notable guests who enjoyed the celebration were Snoop Dogg, Raphael Saadiq, Kesha, Thundercat, DJ Cassidy, Flying Lotus, Benjamin Crump and Director and Producer Reginald Hudlin.

Mixologists served complimentary signature cocktails and other beverages provided by Brown Estate Wine, Just Water, Nomadica Wine, Revel Spirits, and Selva Rey Rum. Guests enjoyed hospitality by Chef Mike Magliano, Bellyman X Wood Fired Wings, Chef Kat Turner (Highly Likely) Jason Winters (Speak Cheezy), Alana Jones, and Chef Kim Prince (Hotville Chicken).
