Ten Of The Best: Latitude Festival 2021
As the first major festival to return in the UK after the enforced COVID-19 hiatus (you may have heard about it), the pressure was on Latitude to deliver, and prove you could fill a festival bill with mainly UK acts without compromising on quality. There was never any doubt, was there? Thomas Jackson was behind the camera for SO.CO for this one. Here's our ten favourite images.
Lynks opened the Main Stage on Day 1, to a massive crowd.
Stepping in for Billie Marten, Self-Esteem taught us to Prioritise Pleasure.
The worst kept secret in Suffolk, and proof that Festival Republic have a sense of humour. The Vaccines tore it up on the BBC Sounds stage.
Squid's Ollie Judge was possibly the happiest man on-site all weekend.
Keeping Sports Team's Alex Rice onstage is never an easy task. The fans had his back though.
Damon Albarn played on one of the smallest stages at the festival, to one of the biggest crowds.
Wolf Alice made a solid shout for a Glastonbury headline slot next year, with a phenomenal headline performance on day one.
Local chaps Sleaford Mods stepped in for Fontaines DC on the BBC Sounds stage.
Bombay Bicycle Club played the perfect sundowner set on the main stage on Sunday.
It's not a festival without this lot. The crowd made the weekend, and the final shout-out has to go to them.
